What if I have finance on my car?

Don’t worry – we’ve got you covered. Our expert assistants will be able to settle your finance at point of purchasing your vehicle, for your complete peace of mind. We only need you to either bring with you a recent and in-date settlement figure from the finance company or be able to obtain one from them on the date of transfer.

I have fully serviced my vehicle, but I don’t have the service book – what do I do?

We are able to accept invoices for services as proof of completion. If you don’t already have these, you should be able to contact the dealerships/garages used and request them for the vehicle. Make sure you let the assistant know exactly what you have for proofs so that we can give you an accurate price for your vehicle.

My vehicle does not run, can I still sell it to you?

Yes – you will need to call us direct so that we can tailor your quote accordingly. We will also be able to arrange collection of the vehicle from your property.

What happens if I haven’t got the vehicle V5 (logbook)?

We will be unable to complete the deal if you do not have the V5 for your vehicle. We can agree a deal in principle whilst you apply for a replacement V5 from the DVLA. We can help you do this if necessary.
